Didn't send me my full order. Over a week later, still have not been able to ship me the rest of my order. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I received an incomplete order. It did not include the ampoule and did not include a receipt confirming the items shipped in the order. I reached out to the support team 3 times and have not gotten a response on whether my ampoule has shipped, nor did they offer a refund. Very disappointing.

Never received. Just threw money away. Will be letting everyone know how terribly unprofessional the customer service is. This company is just stealing money.
