I'm waiting to hear back from anyone about my return

I wanted to like the product, but it felt like my skin was burning every time I used it. Thought it just needed some time to adjust, but even after a few weeks , my skin was getting really irritated and broken out worse than when I began.

Still waiting for CS to follow through on fixing shipping error. Brightening ampoule was open and spilled when shipped. Promised a replacement but no confirmation or shipping information.

It's not working. Still have old acne, still getting new acne, not noticing a difference.
