I just placed my order and I went back and forth with items in my cart. I feel I payed way too much for shipping, so I tried using the free shipping code on 129.00 worth of merch, but it didn’t work. Idk….. I feel I paid way too much much.

The coupon RU20FS promised 20% off which I did get, but also promised Free Shipping, on orders over $129 which I qualified for but which was not given----my "free shipping" cost $32!!! Not sure if it was a scam, or because "Shopify" inserted itself into the transaction. I hate Shopify, and will start avoiding vendors that use it.

Its a great inconvenience to order small quantities. Just list the available types with amounts small to large. I dont need 100+ bulbs and its difficult to find the smaller amounts. Yes I am a Cranky Low Tech Old Lady but I am trying to be your custmer, too

The shipping says that bulbs and tubers are in stock, and the. You place a large order, and the. They tell you that the flower bulbs and tubers you ordered are back ordered and will be shipped when available…? What’s that? They seem to be alright at talking a big game, but I guess it yet to be seen if they can back it up. I guess we’ll see if they can walk the walk. Website is nice to use, functional, easy to search. Customer service is mediocre.
