my delivery went to the wrong address. KvB refused to alter and, instead, said would send again. still waiting to see if that happens. bizarre that company not able to correct a mistake.

Dead Iris, NO REFUND

Reported that my iris arrived with desiccated roots. I was sent a form email explaining how to plant iris. You just lost a customer. A good customer, over many years.

Terrible. . don’t waste your time or money.

I live in a northern zone with a short growing season. The Gladiola bulbs I ordered were a month late and when they finally arrived, they were mushy. Phoning customer service (overseas-based) was no help whatsoever. I will not be ordering from K. Von Bourgondien again.
