The book is nice and elegant but it's frustrating that there is not an option for same sex couples. The book lists the couple as "bride" and "groom" and "his" and "hers"

I recieved the wrong product and then was told a new one would be shipped. I did not receive tracking info. I also have to send the incorrect item back with a label that needs to be printed. I do not have a printer so I will have to pay for it to be printed.

My experience with Duncan & Stone Paper Co. was bad. I placed my order over a month ago and it’s MIA - never delivered.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I tried to contact you several times trying to make a return and have gotten no response. Will be leaving bad reviews on every site.
