Hello, First, I would like to say that the products ordered were perfect (sizing, fit, etc.). The only issue I had with anything in this process, was the fact that the shipment had to be routed though the United States (I'm in Canada), which not only led to extra import fees, but a significant delay in receiving the order. If it was possible to ship directly to Canada (without needing to go through the US), I would order a lot more from the Dreamhack Store.

I received a shirt that was damaged and once I let CS know they were quick to respond and initially did not have stock but Samantha went above and beyond to find me one. I can’t recommend their staff and service enough. Would be 5* if not for the damaged order.

Delivery came pretty fast and the quality of the products is good. Nothing groundbreaking but it doesn't need to be. Would recommend.

The only issue that I would like to raise is that the hat wasnt properly wrapped. Usually you need to put it inside something like a platic bag to protect from dust which wasn't the case. The hat was dusty and dirty upon arrival; had to drop it to the dry cleaner
