I’m disappointed by shrinkflation over the years in the shop, and may need to change products/brands.

Trying to return a product with this company is nearly impossible. I contacted them twice via their online chat, was told someone would call me back but it never happened. I was then told that my request was being escalated and still zero response. I then finally found an email to contact and am waiting on a response. The site has no phone number, no email address and no way to leave a review. I just happened to get this email asking about my experience. On top of all of that, the product causes me to break out in a rash no matter if I use it once a week or several times a week. Its not for everyone but the customer service will keep me from ever buying anything from this company.
