I spoke with your customer service. I got my cover with the 2nd hand cycle. I searched for the tag, which was not there and showed no signs of removal. You offered me a discount even though I was not the original purchaser since most of the stitching failed. I ordered without the discount. I appreciate the gesture. Bob

Overall, excellent. One problem, one of the strap/buckle already fell off on a ride. If you are able to replace it, that would b nice and appreciated.

Thank you for sending my replacement Dowco Guardian motorcycle cover. I found the online process confusing. I ordered a replacement and was charged $10. It was somewhat unclear what the charge was for but then I received a message saying something like "Looks like someone is getting new gear. Wasn't that easy?". Nowhere did it say that I needed to send in a sample of the failed fabric and the tag from the old cover. Thankfully I called the next day and was informed of this. After sending out the required sample I received my new cover in about a week. Overall I'm pleased with the service but disappointed with the online portion of the experience.

Opportunity to improve the sizing of the cover but otherwise shipping happened as expected and I took delivery within a couple of weeks. This is as expected for and article exported from the USA to Mexico.

Received promptly. The cover is as good as advertised. Very happy
