It’s ok

I purchased the nylon Rally Pack last October and the small bag's zipper, started to come apart. I called Dowco, to see about a warranty return on this. I had to pay $10, for handling and sent the entire set back. A new set was sent, in a timely manner, I liked the overall service.

My DOWCO motorcycle cover (lifetime warranty) began deteriorating after about 5 years outside in Florida's severe heat and humidity. DOWCO promptly replaced the unit very quickly without question. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to track the replacement & shipping status on their website. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle cover to buy a DOWCO cover. I have had their covers for more than 30 years and never disappointed.

Very informative

The cover seems to be made of good quality material & fits well. However, their were no instructions included. The picture on the box was obscure & it appeared that the zipper was to be installed at the rear. After some frustration, we finally figured out that the zipper location was on the drivers side. It was difficult to get through to phone support but when someone finally called back the agent was helpful.
