Excellent company to work with. Very pleased with the product and the service. You can't beat a Willie & Max bag.

The Iron Rider luggage system we have is well used and very much loved. When one of the bags suffered a bad bump and cracked the base plate, I sent it back for repairs and a replacement was sent immediately. I was surprised at all the enhancements to the product that have been done. The original bags were very well made, but the new bags were greatly improved. I love doing business with a company that takes pride in their ability to always improve. Nice.
