I received my replacement cover quickly and if fits with the ease I've become accustomed to with your product. My only complaint is that the material doesn't appear to be as UV resistant as it should? By the middle of its second season my original cover had noticeably deteriorated. Yes, the warranty registration and reporting process is very straightforward. And yes, the customer service is excellent.
