I purchased a Dowco motorcycle cover nearly for years ago. The cover protected my bike beautifully for all of this time. But being outside in the elements eventually took its toll and the cover started to deteriorate. I clipped some of the damaged area out of the cover and mailed it back to Dowco after filling out the on line guarantee claim form. And low and behold a new cover has arrived. I am impressed and a happy enough customer that even though I have a new cover to use at home, I purchased a second to keep at my marina with the boat, since I often ride the bike to the boat for our weekend cruises. The Dowco cover product performance is excellent and so is their customer service.
