I ordered both the treatment shampoo and conditioner per my vet’s recommendation due to my dog’s ongoing skin issue. I ordered them at the same time. Delivery took longer than it said on the website, but then I only received the conditioner with no explanation on where the shampoo was. The conditioner had leaked all over the inside of the package and it was a mess to open. The shampoo arrived yesterday, a month after I received the conditioner. I plan to use them today and truly hope they’re as good as the vet said and help my dog. Though I am very skeptical about ordering from this company again.

I received my order a few days ago and it had leaked out all over and the sprayer was broken I sent two emails 2 emails and haven’t heard anything back. Will not be purchasing again

Excellent product, horrible customer service. Multiple phone calls and VM's no answer, no call back. Multiple emails no response. This product is available on Amazon. Strongly suggest this option.

Three baths and she’s still scratching licking and chewing no improvement

Never responded to my email explaining the soap came damaged in the mail and leaking.
