Elizabeth is truly amazing. I have already sent extensive reviews in other comments to detail WHY... so I won't keep repeating it. But after 3 years of desperately searching for necessary care of my untreated & debilitating ADHD ~ she has finally provided an ALLY with SKILLS, EXPERTISE, KNOWLEDGE, COMPASSION & MOST OF ALL... HOPE. I truly appreciate all she has done. She took what (was) a terrible initial experience at Done w a 1st provider (Cordelia) who frankly for a long list of legal & sound factual reasons, should actually be FIRED by Done & never allowed contact w any patients ever again. She causes you great risk for liability of lawsuits & malpractice. Cordelia is THAT bad. (I am happy to speak to anyone in authority @Done to go over the list of issues w Cordelia) you need to stop her immediately. She should not be practicing medicine. Period. HOWEVER ~ after my concern that Cordelia reflected a terrible depiction of what ALL providers might be like @Done ~ after much effort chasing my concerns w customer service ~ I was given a refund & an opportunity to meet w ELIZABETH & START FRESH. Wow wow wow. What a difference! She restored my hope in medical health care & promise of potential improvement in my life. She demonstrated everything a patient hopes to find in a provider & partner for better health: Skills, Specialized Expertise, Knowledge, Experience, Easy communication, accommodating, patience, compassion & even humor. I am excited that I might one day soon finally find relief from this terrible condition that has caused such destruction in my life for decades. This is a START. I hope this works. But I have TRUST in Elizabeth to help me find the best solution for me. Thank you!!
