Not as quick as some sites but quite acceptable.

the product arrived promptly, but I'm not sure about how good it is.

Shipping was slow, but the worst part was that there were no instructions in the packaging about how to best use the towel, how to care for it, and how to store it.

I did not realize you have to wet it and keep it in the container. It just smells and it is very annoying. I’ve let it dry out too to see the difference of course I re-wet it but again annoying.

I never received the towel. I’ll wait a few more days the despite the charge with my bank.
