Easy process

I've only used Doctors on Call for the rapid COVID-19 test. Every person that came to my car spoke kindly, answered questions, and gave clear instructions. They were obviously incredibly busy at the time, but they didn't let any frustration show. Anyone in that line was likely nervous about what was going to happen, and the people working the clinic were a calming presence.
