On 17 July 2018, I visited your medical clinic to seek assistance for bee stings I had received earlier in the day. On arrival, I was met by the clinic receptionist who gave me a form to complete. The form was easy to understand and complete, which I did and handed back to the receptionist. After about five minutes a clinic nurse attended to me and recorded my vital signs. Both of these tasks were completed effeciently and effectively. After about ten minutes, Dr Adams attended to me. Following his consultaion his diagnosis was that the stings were relatively minor and that my medical condition was healthy enough to be able to sustain the effects of the stings. He recommended that I purchase over the counter antihistamine as a backup should I need to. My experience at your clinic was one of effeciency, sound medical appraisal, and a welcoming attitude. Had my annual check-up with Dr. Adams, and the everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and Drs. were efficient and courteous.

My family lovingly refers to DOCM as ‘doc in the box,’ probably due in equal part to the small square offices as to the quick and almost effortless care one receives at DOCM. Everyone in the office is beyond kind and easygoing, and fantastic care is provided without enducing the expected stress of an urgent care experience.

I found the staff extremelly friendly. The Doctor was very kind and thorough. I felt completely confident in his diagnosis and treatment.

Doctors on Call visit was great. Dr. Spencer Chun was efficient, empathetic and made me feel comfortable. Despite getting sick while in Maui it was wonderful to receive such great care.
