In a nut shell this was the best and quickest medical service I have received at an urgent care center ever!! Dr. Shannon Richards was an angel. She was professional and treated me with compassion and respect. She resolved my issue sent over medication to the pharmacy and I was home all within 45 minutes. She also followed up with 2 phone calls which I so appreciated and an in-depth email that I can pass on to my dr when I get home. I hope I don't have to come back for obvious reasons but if I did this is the place I would go. Thank you again Dr. Richards. You helped put me back in vacation mode. Sincerely, Robin Olsen

I was not aware of your clinic until the morning I went for a covid test. There was no waiting, the nurse was nice and the test results came back to me sooner than I thought it would. I was very pleased.....thank you for your wonderful work on servicing our community!

I was suffering from Vertigo…….. waited outside and got a COVID test with results within 10 minutes. Nurse practitioner was thorough and professional. She prescribed an antibiotic and otc antihistamine. Mahalo.

I have gone to Doctors on Call several times over the past five years, most recently twice for Covid travel testing. The service is always professional, caring, efficient and attentive. They definitely have their act together. So glad they are here in Maui on the west side.
