Nice to have it available

The very pleasant Dr's. Diagnosis plan was delayed a week because of lab work cultures! Why can one receive the report in three days in Iowa and it takes a week on Maui?? It must be said that this office shows its patients a prompt and professional experience only to be deterred by the tardiness of lab work! When one is sick a weeks delay can be monumental!

The care staff (M.A/nurse? and physician) were very kind and competent and addressed my needs more than adequately. The front desk staff (only going by what they had in front of them understandably) told me that my urgent care share of cost was 20% copay. I had spoken with my actual Blue Shield PLAN prior to arriving and they told me urgent care out of state was $35 copay. The 3 other staff at Blue Shield since then have told me the exact same thing...I am not sure where your staff is getting the info, but I do trust my actual plan over the staff there. I spoke with your biller as well. Whatever it is you all are looking up says 20% copay--I get that--but my actual plan has assured me multiple times that it is a $35 copay. I understand the med charges/injection code etc bring on additional charges, but my actual frustration of having your staff tell me something that is counter to what my actual plan is saying was never resolved. At this point I get to just wait for the charges to go through--for it all to shake out--and for me to address the issue later if there are discrepancies. Again, the staff was friendly --all of them...I am just confused and frustrated at the lack of correct info given regarding my plan.

Hard to find place, small hole in the wall. Take the road to the Hyatt, don't go via the beach side. Secondly, if you are staying at the Westin or Sheraton, choose safeway instead of Walgreens as your prescription pickup as then you don't have to cross any busy streets and can use the complimentary hotel shuttle. Last, the doctor was very nice, but seemed like the nurse and front desk lady were a both agitated. I get that I visited later in the day, but at least it wasn't after hours. Was happy you guys took insurance and got me in and out super fast. All in all, would recommend but would recommend some of the small tips to your customers to help find the place/easily pickup prescriptions.

Dr was great! Super nice and friendly. They got me in both time quickly. The only downfall was the admin staff could use a little help. The front desk gal was short with me and not very helpful when they called my name incorrectly because they entered it wrong into the system. The nurse was a bit short as well not apologizing for the mistake they made just telling me I had to wait now longer because she called another patient when I didn't answer to the wrong name?!
