Dr Shannon Richards and her staff were very polite, professional, kind and to a degree, sympathetic to my situation in being injured while on vacation. I was treated and released to continue my vacation with the aide of medication and crutches and continued with treatment by my personal physician when I got home. She and her team made the best of a bad situation and it was very appreciated.
