Service was prompt. Dr was through with exam . Only complaint was bad attitude by women that worked at window in front that faced into inside She was rude with her attitude when I ask her a simple question about insurance at pharmacy. A polite answer of no would have been ok but her tone was not . It was not the receptionist she was very polite and embarrassed by her colleague's behavior

I went to Doctors On Call in Ka'anapali Beach in Maui this past December and I was amazed at how well I was treated. Everybody in the office was very professional and I was treated quickly. I had bronchitis and needed antibiotics but not only was I prescribed those but I was also asked if I wanted a flu test (which I didn't know existed), a steroid shot (instead of pills) and a free ear cleaning (apparently I needed it badly). The doctor told me that if I had any questions that I should let them know. And when I called a few days later, the doctor was quick to take care of my questions. It's not fun to be sick on your vacation so when you walk into an urgent care it's nice to know that they actually...care:)

I broke my foot in Maui. We were seen immediately and everyone was kind, realistic and focused on my well being. We could not have been treated better. Thank you.
