I have to say that this was an amazingly simple yet wonderful first time experience with an online Doctor. Initially I called my local primary care physician and was told that the earliest appointment was just over two weeks away!! My insurance company suggested I try Doctors on call so I did. After signing up an online account with them I was greeted by a very friendly Dr Shannon Richards who was able to prescribe anti malarial medication and preventative antibiotics in the event I fell ill whilst on an extended trip to Africa. My prescription was forwarded to my local Costco Pharmacy where I collected my prescriptions that same day. This very simple process is simply amazing given the alternative solution of seeing my local GP in two weeks time and sitting in a waiting room full of sick patients just before a vacation. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone and everyone.
