I bought a Carbonator 3 in december but the drip tray cover and the polish cloth were missing. I contacted Aarke and they promised to send me both things. I never got them. But the worst is: all my mails and calls were ignored. So now I bought both things myself but expected more from a highend brand. Horrible customer service.
