My order was placed on 30/05/2024 and 'till this day 05/07/2024, I haven't received it! DIVAIN ignores my emails and never sent me a refund or a new order, to replace the one that was lost. I don't understand why they treat their customers like this.

Two of the purchased products do not smell like the original - not even close.

I am disappointed to write that Divain products, as much as it is great, comparatively, their postal services suck. I waited for 4items I ordered and it did not reach me in 3weeks that I had to leave it behind for someone to pick up for me. It is not the first time. Again, I am so much disappointed in Divain postal services to Denmark. I am not sure about any future purchases and recommendations

Poor longivety

Been emailing pictures and videos of damages products for over a week.. Barely getting any reply will be escalating this further!
