Never arrived. Was refunded - this is the second time that this happened.

according to the tracking page, my package was delivered but I never received my package. For information I have a locked package box that you need a tag to access. I tried to get in touch with the company both in the chat function and by email without getting a reply. I do not recommend ordering!!!
