Atrocious, non-existent customer service. Weeks of delivery time. Subpar quality.

I havent received my order, UPS store couldn’t find the parcel even if it said it was delivered in that store. Im waiting for an answer from DIVAIN now 2 working days and 1 weekend, still no answer I hope they would

Terrible experience. These are not perfumes, they are not concentrated even to be a eau de toilette, simply there is NO SCENT in them! Don't fall for it. The promised returns are impossible to make. Now I have to wait to hear from someone from customer's service after I complained to the chat. I can only hope someone will actually contact me, and it is outrageous that You are being frauded AND you have to pay for return shipping (5 euros via UPS!!)

I never received my order despite it showing as delivered. I contacted the customer support team and I have heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed.

Returns policy is ridiculous
