The DisplayOverstock team is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The Lightbox arrived before its expected date in a secure and sturdy case. Our artwork was printed beautifully on the fabric banner. The one recommendation I have is to add the "light panel area" that is sent during the proofing process to the actual backdrop graphic template. This would help the designers to consider the layout of the artwork while still in the designing process and will avoid the need for revisions. Other than that we are excited to order more fabric displays for our Firefly LightBox Display!

While this particular project was challenging due to weather and Fedex being an absolute joke of an organization (they lied to us on multiple occasions about my delivery), both Katrina and Dylan really went out of their way to help us, and did so with the urgency we needed. I cannot say enough positive things about what they did for us. When it became clear that Fedex had lied to us throughout the process and left us little choice, Dylan and Katrina had a quick-order replacement trade show backdrop for us, had it make in one day, and then shipped quickly to our trade show. This saved the day. By comparison, Fedex is a joke now. Their customer service reps follow a script, even if it is false. Shame on them. Thanks goodness the fine folks at D.O. overcame that for us.
