While this particular project was challenging due to weather and Fedex being an absolute joke of an organization (they lied to us on multiple occasions about my delivery), both Katrina and Dylan really went out of their way to help us, and did so with the urgency we needed. I cannot say enough positive things about what they did for us. When it became clear that Fedex had lied to us throughout the process and left us little choice, Dylan and Katrina had a quick-order replacement trade show backdrop for us, had it make in one day, and then shipped quickly to our trade show. This saved the day. By comparison, Fedex is a joke now. Their customer service reps follow a script, even if it is false. Shame on them. Thanks goodness the fine folks at D.O. overcame that for us.

Overall my recent orders from display Overstock have been purchased, designed, and submitted with ease. I've received all of the ordered materials except for one. There seemed to be a mix-up with shipping and tracking numbers and while we received 99% of my ordered packages one key part was missing. Dylan Pickering has gone above and beyond to make the order whole, and at a critical time for our business, just as tradeshow season is already underway. We've already received positive feedback from customers and our onsite team using the new QuickZip Max 8' exhibit kit and the included TV stand, which is making our set-up and breakdown much easier than before with separate items. I can't thank Dylan enough for making our orders complete - there was a lot and between Dylan and Brenna in artwork, the service I received was top-notch.
