We ordered a couple of prints and one 10' display. The print looks terrific and we received the kit and print sooner than expected. They missed our second print though as we never received it. However, once we took pictures to verify we indeed only received one print, they were very quick to remedy the situation and work to get our replacement print to us in time for our show. They communicate quickly. We are very appreciative of their customer service and the quality of their work.

I placed three orders. This order 42141 was mistakenly printed wrong and even it was finally shipped overnight, it was too late for our tradeshow. However, your CSR responded with good attitude and tried to help me out. People made mistake. I just feel that the tradeshow result could have been better if we had a chance to show #42141 at our booth.

Overall I'm happy with the product. Seems to work well and easy enough to put together. Looks good. The only thing I would like to see in the future is a guide on the backdrop template that lets you know the exact coverage of the TV stand. The text ended up being a bit closer to TV stand/TV than I would've liked.

Company & staff very professional, and easy to communicate with. Backdrop went up , and set up very easily. Once backdrop was set up, the graphics did not look that sharp, and backdrop just did not pop! I know we did not offer much help with a logo and graphics. See photos.

Seems great, set up was easy at the office, have yet to travel with it to a show. Only suggestion would be to reduce the size of the zippers, they are enormous.
