I think there were some great speakers and content. Given it was the first year it was smaller and a bit less organized than expected, but not horribly so. It was really cold the entire time which was uncomfortable but I think the give aways, activities, lunches, happy hour and breakout groups were valuable. I would like to have more time and more people in the women's networking breakout. It was great to speak with other women in business but we didn't have nearly enough time.

Good content and structure, I liked that it was a mid size audience and not like some of the "mega" conferences that are out there. The very first presenter was not as prepared as he could have been so it was a bit of a rough start.
