It’s been cold and wet in New York City! My Allbirds have done the job of keeping my feet toasty warm!

The wool pipers are comfortable and cute enough, but I hate the hard rubbery thing on the back. It sticks up past the shoe and rubs the back of my ankle unless I wear taller socks. I’m tempted to cut it off but it might not look good. I hope future versions of this shoe eliminate that hard rubbery thing.

I ordered the cardigan and was so happy with how warm and cozy it was. The problem is that it pills like crazy. Within two wears, little pills were all over under the arm and in the front. I would give it a high rating on the warmth but very low rating on the wearability because of how badly it pills.

I am a devoted fan of All things Allbirds. This review is not about the q High-quality products or fantastic save-the-world mission, it’s about my experience as a customer. I recently purchased some underwire and shirts, smooth and easy transaction. I live less than 8 hours from the distribution center, but the order took many days to arrive and the shirts and underwear’s had been literally stuffed into the shipping box. I 100% support less packaging and applaud the non-use of plastic bags. I would like to see more care and thought put into this process, however. If I were new to the brand I’d be wondering why I paid so much and was having an experience like I’d bought something used off of eBay.

Did not realize shoes did not have a tongue, but ok, they fit great, and feel good. Love the color and quality of the shoe. Would order more, but do not need right now. I think Allbirds has a good thing going.
