As a newbie to Allbirds, I was a little skeptical about my purchase until I put them on my feet! The quality is great, the comfort is exceptional and they’re really cute! My new tree skippers make my walks so much more enjoyable. Thank you Allbirds!!

Wool runners very comfortable. seems to run a little small. exchange was simple and fast. great shoes, great customer service.

My new shoes were comfy with the exception that they rubbed a spot on my right heel raw. I had gone on a roughly 2 mile walk and I knew half way through that I was going to have a raw spot. Other than that they were extremely comfortable. Glad I had worn socks or it would’ve been even worse. Unfortunately I was hoping to wear these sockless. Guess going forward I’ll have wear socks AND a bandage.

Usually wear a 10.5 (boots, some dress shoes) or 11 (athletic shoes) and ordered these in an 11. Fit is good, maybe a tad tight in the toe box at first but was told they'll stretch a little which they did after one day of wear. Great shoes. Only critique is that the shoes are darker in person than on the website. Worked for me but something to keep in mind.
