Camel Milk Fresh & Dry
Have done both the fresh and dry milk and although the fresh has a better taste, the dry is more convenient for travel and takes up less space. I find the dry is better mixed and chilled but in a pinch I've used the milk with ovaltine and it's great cold, room Temp or heated!! I've tried other camel milk providers and hands down desert farms is better taste overall. We started the milk due to my daughter's Type 1 Diabetes and my autoimmune issues. Just 2 8oz glasses a day is lowering the insulin needed to keep my daughter in optimal range and her A1C is slowly dropping. For my autoimmune issues (Pain, fatigue, etc) I'm not going to claim it's a miracle healer, but I can say that my issues seem reduced when I stay on my 2 8oz glass regimen day & night. I've stopped a few meds and instead have focused on camel milk and earthing mats and feel much better. My pain has decreased from a usual 6-7 (with many meds) to a 3-4 (without a majority of my meds). Overall I fell my health is improving and I credit the Camel Milk and my Earthing Mat (I sleep on at night) for the success. I will continue to see how the benefits improve, as I've only been doing the milk for 3 months...but happy I tried it and for sure Dessert Farms is the best tasting option!!!
