Don’t work for me

Ordered cooling cream and tried for weeks and the product has zero cooling effect. Tried to contact dermdude by email, no response. Tried contacting by online form submission, no response. Tried calling their phone number, no answer and a google voicemail. It’s been weeks and still nothing…I recommend nobody do business with this company, if it even is one(?). I feel like Ive been played as a sucker. :/

The scent lasts about 5 min And gives me a rash.
