Ive bought other products and their customer service response is great , and have suggested them for other friendd with a Steam Deck. Unfortunately my latest shipment hasn't arrived, and the tracking information isn't working so just hoping I get soon

The product itself is great, works flawlessly and easy to use. The shipping/availability outside of the US is very bad. Not only does the shipping cost as much as the "Entire System Package" itself. The shipping is even slower than shipping from china, which is a shame, aspecially for the price. I would love to see some european selling partners or another improvement on this topic in the future.

Does it's job. The little slot for SD cards got my card stuck and it broke in half trying to remove it

I don't like that the clip interferes with Valve's Deck Dock, as it is I can't set my Deck in my dock without taking off the clip. I would like a piece to lay on the cradle of the dock that enables it to accommodate the clip. I also don't like how easy it is to accidentally remove the kickstand when I'm trying to adjust it outwards. I would prefer the attachment point to be sideways insertion rather than top-first, since adjusting the stand's angle and using the stand don't involve tension or force in that plane.

The shipping was fast. Took around a week to arrive to Canada. I liked the packaging a lot. Just I wish the stand didn't broke on me after a few uses
