Was easy to buy, didn't take long to get her, no problems

Shipping was quick and the packaging is well done. I was expecting a broken box but I got an official looking Deckmate package and everything fits perfectly

I absolutely LOVE my Deckmate gear. The only criticism I have is that the plastics used are too flexible… sometimes if I pull on it too hard the mount will pop out of the slot on the deck. The only reason this is a concern is because I use a boom arm to play with my deck in bed and some stronger plastic would inspire more confidence as I’m trying to reposition the arm by holding my deck. Overall, I’m still 100% satisfied by my deck’s mate.

Deckmate was shipped very fast after ordering. It arrived very nicely packaged and was all as it should be!

The adapter works great with the Spigen rugged armor case. Ordered the full kit and was missing the kickstand when I opened the package. Emailed customer service and literally got a response within about 15 minutes acknowledging it and letting me know a replacement was being sent out . Also had some issues with my shipping address that were able to be resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend based off of their customer service alone.
