So I ordered size 18's which is crazy they carry my size. . . . . very hard to find. And was accidentally sent 12's. But their aptitude and effort to quickly fix the problem, left me not worried at all, and I want to say the quickness and support given was 110%. I was treated very kindly and was helped through the process in which I felt heard and understood. . . . . . 5 stars all day, and will continue to order from them for their kindness and effort to help me fix the problem.
