Much much smaller than expected and with no smart nor special folders inside. Nothing special and would not recommend

I have still not received my two bags that I paid for 2,5 week ago.

I ordered a backpack on black week, I received a piece of metal and two screws….. I contacted custom service and the custom service was just a robot so I couldn’t get good answers on my questions on how to solve this in a good way. At the end things got solved but not the way I wanted. But at least I only got to pay for the delivery.

Very bad service. I have tried to come in contact with the team at DB due to a return that has not been updated properly, but no answer at all..
