Dear BD Team, After receiving my latest order and unboxing it - I was quit disappointed how the bag was packed as now the bag still is and looks very compressed and for some of those places where the bag is super compressed, the colour is a bit lighter black than the rest of bag. I am super pedantic person and all these things are very important to me. Usually I do not say negative things but this time feeling not so satisfied with my latest order from you. If there is anything what I should do with this, please do let me know (to.ozolins@gmail.com), otherwise thank you and waiting until my mind accepts this bag and possibility to order something more from you in future! I purchased my first backpack in 2019 and ever since was a big fan and recommended the well thought through design to many of my friends - now the old backpack wore done (which is totally fine after so many years and heavy use) and I purchased again the same model. Everything is different and the features do not make sense at all anymore, zippers do not work properly - so sad to say goodbye to my Favorite backpack brand
