It strengthens the nail bed and allows for healthy nail growth on both hands and feet. I use it for all of my dazzle dry clients who have dry, thin, peeling nails on both hands and feet. There is also a significant difference in the wear of dazzle dry polish when using Mend, it makes the polish last longer.
