It took a long time to get a reply to the generic email address you offer. I had to dig further into the website to find name email's from which I got replies in a couple of days!

We are strongly committed to implementation of EOV, and having success in engagement in Australia, with a growing demand for EOV services. However, we find we are limited by slow responses to various requests and discussions with EOV QA, Land to Market and Impact Landed. Also, it would be great to have more visibility of the approaches being taken by various EOV teams around the world.

The email about black lives matter last year was a big mistake coming at a time when businesses premises were being burnt and looted . White lives and white businesses matter too. Ye should stay out of politics. It put me off Savory

I would have given you better if someone replied to my earlier email which I attach for you to ask someone to answer please. Hi. I just wanted to contact you and say that I am well on board with the regenerative agriculture vision. However the first paragraph states "Globally, the mismanagement of agricultural land contributes more to climate change than all other industries combined, but there is hope. Together, we can change the future." I as a farmer dont believe this to be true and this is not something that You as an institution who works closely with farmers should be stating. As farmers we spend our time working towards better goals and spend a lot of time fending off negativity from all fronts and to get it from places that say they are working with us I feel is not good enough. Perhaps it was just to headline grab and if so it did, but I for one am not very happy about it.
