They were very slow to ship obviously had a rush on.

Bought coffee bags thru Facebook and it said there were so many bags free!!!! Never received free bags!!! Coffee tho is very good 👍

Shipping great but response to my immediate follow up query non-existent. . . . .

The advert for these criticised other bags for giving a weak cup of coffee, but these do the same. Even leaving it to soak for 5+ minutes in 300ml of water is not enough. Maybe use a stronger bean and/or make the bags even bigger?
