Good but could be better

The customer service experience was smooth and efficient. the purchasing process hassle-free. Whether it was about delivery times or product details, the communication was clear and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience that added to the satisfaction of enjoying a great cup of coffee!

Good coffee taste, love the large size bags, can be a bit gritty / leave coffee ground residue at the bottom of the cup making it very strong and bitty - not sure if the mesh could be tighter on the bags? I’ve found just letting the bag brew and steep for a while rather than squeezing out at the end with a spoon like you might with a teabag helps to prevent this. Minor issue, would definitely buy again. Non-individually wrapped option to cut down on plastic would be cool too!! I’d take one big plastic bag with multiple bags inside if an option!

I really wanted to love these, as I travel a lot and the idea of an easy and delicious coffee solution was so appealing. Sadly, the flavour (of the decaf) was not particularly subtle, just a very strong, dark roast flavour, and the brewing process leaves a lot of dregs in the coffee, especially compared with a filter method. Better than instant, and not bad once you get into it but not quite a ‘speciality coffee’ experience promised.
