I ordered and paid for my stuff last week and it has yet to ship from the company and they took my money.

For 2 years the app and web browser store wouldnt work and when it started to again i ordered a bong and other small items its been 2 weeks they haven't even started to send the bong itself but sent all the small things which only totaled 20 dollars even tho the bong is 50 dollars while i paid for 2 day shipping instead of just apologizing and sending the bong which is already paid for they jist refunded the 17 dollar extra shipping fee and still havent even bothered to START the process of shipping the bong

Last few orders I placed have been extremely slow on sending and the excuse has been drop shipping. There should be notification if that’s the case, ordered last Tuesday and it’s Wednesday now with no shipment notification or notice of delay. I understand covid times but inform your customers if that’s the case

It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t even received my shipping confirmation. I’ve called twice and emailed. My response was 24-48 hrs...10 days ago!!! Dank stop has always been my go to...until now. This sucks.

14 days or more. No items yet. Had to contact support multiple times and ask for a manager to get anything done you’re company needs major help to stay open for the future.
