My order has not shipped for 9 business days now. I already verified my card 2 days ago and it still has not shipped. If the owners wanted to be a reliable stoner smoke shop their business is becoming unreliable.

I didn’t even get my item and you guys won’t even answer me this website is absolutely horrible

Product has not arrived so I cannot give a rating. After reaching out to DankStop I have not been told when or if the product will arrive. This makes it very unlikely I will purchase from DankStop again, but if a reasonable explanation is given and the product arrives I wil provide another rating.

Now I’m wondering if this site is even real. Contacted support about my order 3 times have heard nothing back. It’s now been 4 days and my order STILL has not even been shipped. Shipping guarantee is bullshit.

I only got half of my order. The other half has been sitting in the same area for a week. None of my orders arrived on time. Told Customer Service they just gave me run around.
