Ordered the item and waited 3 weeks. Never heard from them so I emailed them and asked for an update. They didn’t know my order # so I had to send screen shots of the purchase and the order. After all that , I was told to contact the manufacturer if I had any more questions. You don’t call Honda motor company to find out why the accord you ordered from the dealer is taking so long. Basically I’ve given up on almost $200 of product! Beware order at your own risk IMHO.

My shipment took 20 days to arrive when it originally said 7.

I placed an order Friday. It’s now Wednesday my order has been authorized And fulfilled. But item remands not shipped. Plus loads of other problems and not receiving phone calls back. Only emails and when asked to reach out by phone they ignore my request. I spend 700$ on a piece. Plus 1000s before. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but Sugar your no help and should have a different job. I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. I’m filling this out because MAYBE it’ll get my order out the door.
