Havent gotten my item yet, but i understand cause of covid there are lots of delays, however when I emailed ur customer service it said someone would contact me in 24hrs and it took 4 days+. Ill change it me opinion once i get my item.

Quick service in terms of customer support, but it has been 3 days and my order still hasn't even shipped yet. They gave me a refund for my overnight shipping because of this, but it is a bit annoying to be told your order will ship within a day and then it still isn't on its way to you after 3 days. Probably won't order online for smoke stuff anymore because they all seem to be bad at processing orders, its sad.

I’ve seen videos of folks using the high rise gravity bong and having great success, however I have had problems getting the chamber to effectively pull smoke and water to the top. Fairly certain the one I ordered is defective but not positive

All of the items from my last order still have yet to arrive even though I payed for 3 day shipping and that was supposed to get here 2 days ago. Not to mention they aren’t all in the same package and are in multiple different places, probably lost. And 2 of the items apparently haven’t even been shipped at all yet. I payed 20 dollars for shipping and 5 for package protection, you guys suck.

Your website was smack on. NICE. shipping and Serv??? Ordered 12/16 says it shipped 12/28 Huge long tracking number for USPS. When put into their tracking system can't find it.
