I needed a replacement pinch bowl for my new dig and they said they wouldn't sell me just the bowl as a replacement, but that bowl is still the same bowl this unit is being sold with. Some sites do wharever it takes to keep a good reputation to potential buyers. I thought Dankstop was very quick to blow me off, instead of selling me what I needed as a returning customer. They obviously dont need the business. Its no big deal...theres numerous sites selling quality smoking products just like them, even cheaper!!! I have no axe to grind, just saying ... I love my pipe, just want to replace the exact bowl that somehow developed some hairline cracks, I want a back up. FYI...

I received my piece in the mail and the straw was chipped off right where my lips would go, still haven't heard anything from customer service. Other than that its a nice piece made well with thick glass.

I got the wrong bong , it was 13" not 10" and had a totally different design then the one online I bought...

Shipping the next business day isn't true. I wish I knew before purchasing cause part of the selling point to me was how quick it would be shipped and get to me.

I've put Dankstop on my "do not use list". I know there was a snowstorm, but I still have yet to see my order from late Friday night /early Saturday ship out. I had to make other arrangements. I still don't know at the time of writing this if I'll ever get the piece. I asked for a refund/cancellation if it wasn't shipped by a certain date - neither occurred - so I'm ready to initiate a chargeback if it doesn't go out today.
