Received water pipe that was cracked, and they replaced it for free. Wasn't required to send back damaged one. Did ship a week later than the day they said they shipped it though, that's what made it 4/5 stars.

I got a domeless nail and it said about 5-7 days and it arrived 3 days later!

I ordered two pieces from this site but only one piece arrived in the package. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent the piece along with some extra nic nacs inside. It required very little effort on my part to correct this mistake and the package arrived very quickly.

No problems with Dankstop

Was asked to send back a rig that I got as a replacement for a broken one I received . When I got the replacement I didn’t notice because it was a gift that it was a smaller size , the person it was for has used it but let me know it wasn’t the size we ordered before. The replacement was specifically smaller and the black was out of stock so I settled with blue . I have had help from you guys before just wondering if there is any other option
