The customer service is really good and all the products work really well. The only complaint I have is that my order was supposed to be shipped yesterday morning but didnt actually get shipped until last night/early this morning.

Along with the chillum I bought, it recommended an add-on for a taster box (no option to check size). However, the box was not for the right size that would match the chillum I bought! So that was a pain, but customer service was very helpful, helping me return the item for the proper size. I also bought a lovely flowery pipe, which I love.
