Great company to do business customer service second to no one!!!
Hello , I just wanted to let you know my order was received today! I also want to apologize for getting to be such a pain in the ass! I thought I give your site a chance and place the order with you ,hoping DankStop.com would be my main go to for all my vapor and pipe needs for the unforeseen future! Well being that I never order from you site before I’m happen to get a little nervous when I didn’t receive a confirmation/tracking number I waited a number of days and finally email you guys and I was sent a tracking number with a apology that it had taken so long to get tracking information to me. Then after serval days of checking nothing was coming back on the tracking number supplied I didn’t know what was going on. After I sent another email explaining I wasn’t very happy with the way things are going; I try to check the next morning which was yesterday ,this time I ended up getting ALL the text updates all at once like 4 days worth when I wasn’t getting them earlier, so apparently maybe it was the postal system had a glitch. I guess that was the reason I wasn’t getting the updates as I should had received them.
In my last email I was getting so worked up I was thinking of canceling the order; well let me tell you I am really happy I didn’t cancel the order after it arrived this afternoon! I could not be more pleased with the product I am planning on your site being my go to site fro my supplies from here on out and again I apologize for my reaction to the issues as they were unfolding ! I have to say each time I emailed your site with my concerns the customer service was awesome 👏 they had gotten back to me each time with an answer one way or another! You should give your customer service reps a pat on the back. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the customer service and the prompt responses!!!
I will be a return customer for life and I have already turn a couple of family members on to your company who will be ordering from your site as well. I will continue to promote your site to anyone who will listen because I found most of my worries were for nothing if I only could of been a little more patience I could of saved myself and your customer service a little less aggravation; for that I apologize! Looking forward to purchasing from you in the near future! I had to write to you to give credit we’re credit was due! Job well done ‘ besides having a very happy customer!!!
